I have no idea whether or not you actually take the time to read these comments, but I am going to take the time anyway. The first thing you have to address is the Matchmaking process. I speak with hundreds of players each week and that is THE #1 complaint hands down, it’s not even close. You need to base it on a players hanger, not their league. The tanking it encourages is drastically hurting the game. The second issue, happens randomly. When you drastically change the dynamics of a robot, that people have already purchased and payed real money for, that’s a problem. It’s called fraud. Those are issues that should have been worked out long before you made them available for sale. Selling something as one thing, and then fundamentally changing that item, is fraud. You need to offer those that purchased items like, the Strider robot ( for example ) a refund or an even money swap for the robot, because your changes have virtually rendered this robot worthless. The same with the changes coming to the Haechi. I love playing this game, but you are already seeing a drastic fallout of players and I am afraid, there won’t be a solid recovery like there was before when Pixonic originally made the first changes. It’s just too much greed, and not enough gratitude or, realistic opportunities to freely win good stuff any longer, and that kills moral, and eventually kills the game; And that is a tragedy, and completely unnecessary, if you would just listen to reason.
