If you are going to introduce these fundimental changes to the game, then do it for the game - NOT to hide any more grabs for money...which is being noted and is reducing your middle class patronage right out from under you.
I hope you are all wealthy, as you deserve it for such an outstanding game, but start making rewards worth having, and gifts that good enough to encourage players to stay actively engaged.

Ie... I don't remember it exactly, but I had a rask to obtain an Orkan...BUT!..to complete the task I had to kill something like 80 bots and capture 60-80 beacons, over 5 sections..
SERIOUSLY!!?...Just to get an Orkan!!!

THAT way of thinking is just rediculous, and disheartening to newer players IMHO!!
You definitely need to be vastly more rewarding with gold, because if we have it, we will spend it.

Just my point of view..

Please get rid of domination..this vision of a gaggle of robots all marching back to the battlefront together is just dumb! Time is LIMITED. Too limited to spend half the time marching around the maps.
Thanks.

WS1 was fairly useless..and then you went from have robots etc at prices that discouraged progress to less expensive bots, but upgrade costs that discouraged progress. It was very underhanded, as all that was mentioned was longer wait times..nothing about costs going through the roof.

After a series of useless bots, you finally adjusted the strengths and weaknesses to what i considered overall to be a very good effort and a really positive move.

THAT, together with the excellent new WS2 system, and at last being able to use silver for building items, that WE wanted, i was feeling everything coming together...
UNTIL NOW!

You made a mistake you say...well it was a good mistake! keep it as it is.

Unfortunately..history leads me to be very skeptical. You introduce a new shiny object, which serves to distract and confuse, while you introduce an increase in the cost of playing. Subtle manipulation, as you did with boosters.

So..we have Raven..an exciting bot!. It's number 1 feature is it's excellent jump! A jump that cannot be used because if you do, you will be destroyed instantly! It has zero protection.
Same story for the newer Invader. Another promising bot, made instantly redundent by it's total lack of protection if it jumps.

2 outstanding bots that cannot and are not being used.

Instead, you nerf the Spectre, and then ruin the Scourge with a targeting delay so looooong, that leaves it standing and being slaughtered, while you wait..tick..tick..wait some more..and then can finally fire...oh wait..i'm destroyed.
The Fix? 'pre lock-on'..works enough in a set shot where there is cover..but if you get ambushed, or a bot jumps in from out of sight, all you can do is stand there.
It's not the vulnerability!..that's fair enough...It's the length of time one is vulnerable. It's toooo loooonggg!!, for a game that has become far more highly paced.

These problems imho should have priority over components or boosters etc.
