Reload time on Hydra =12s, Shocktrain = 8s; damage per Hydra lvl 12 = 2620 on one target, Shocktrains lvl 12 = 3100 on up to 3 targets, LOS only required on one. Furthermore Shocktrain ignores energy shields, Hydra does not.
