It slow. And there lies it's weakness. The game no longer is a place for slow brawlers. Unless caught in the open, the smart pilot will just hide behind cover and keep it between him and the bulwark. Just gnawing away at the aegis shield, since it can't regenerate automatically, until it's all gone and the bulwark is just a big bot with a target painted on. I asked them to speed it up a bit, wished they listened.
