Does this offer apply for Android also? I don't see this in my account?

I am very frustrated at the Match Making mechanism as well. I am on Android and in Champ League. My winning rate is at 23% because i have been teamed with all level 4, 5, 6, 7 players. Since i am always on the first or second top players of each battle so my score keep increasing but winning rate keep declining. I feel bad for the new players too. They have been thrown to battle to be slaughtered by experienced killers. That will cause a serious problem for Pixonic later on as it discourages new players to enjoy the game.

I am all in for the cross platform as well.
