Summary: Developer Livestream 29th September

Good day, pilots.

This is quick summary recap of a livestream that was held on 29th of September with all the major questions answered. Summary is provided by fellow pilots Phoenixwolf and Momentum for community.

You can take a look at the recording of the stream here:

If you have not seen the Fall 2017 Roadmap, you can see it here for further information about the new Bots, Weapons and Maps we have coming:

In Development. War Robots Fall 2017 Roadmap

Now, to the stream summary:

It is no surprise to us that there has been a strong reaction to version 3.2.

So, whilst we were “settling some scores” (Robot) with our pilots on amazing battlefields, we decided to update you all on what we are doing to move these things forward.

FACEBOOK GAMEROOM, AMAZON AND iOS UPDATE

We are working hard to push the update through for these platforms! Sorry for the wait!

WEAPON/BOT REBALANCE

The balance changes were deliberately minor so as not to upset the meta too much whilst still allowing us to monitor the impact it may or may not have. This is something we intend to do continually to ensure that the game remains competitive for everyone.

ITEM PROMOTION

We dropped the ball here when we presented Item Promotion in the War Robots Fall 2017 Roadmap so please accept our apologies. We saw the feedback Monday morning and realized our mistake. The image shown was taken from an early concept of the interface. It was never intended that the sort of level up was shown would occur.

The plan is to bring in a maximum of a 20% performance increase to “Promoted” weapons and bots.

We also want to assure you that there will be safeguards that will get built into Matchmaking to ensure the game stays balanced and fun for all players. More on this will come once we have more firm details to release.

COMPONENTS

We always had the idea that the robots in the game have to be “assembled” from components, and hence this procurement system was born. Version 3.2 is meant to be the first of many iterations of a basic component system and in future updates, we will include additional ways to earn components, including remodeled Workshop to “manufacture” components for robots and weapons. Please stay tuned!

BLACK MARKET

The Black Market was conceived as a way to allow Pilots to earn free items whilst playing the game. To ensure all Pilots have an opportunity to get to the Superchest, we have recently doubled the Black Market Season. We are constantly gathering data on item drop rates and Superchest progress and please rest assured that we will continue to tweak the whole Black Market mechanism to improve it.

One idea we are also seriously exploring is to periodically gift pilots with chests as a “thank you” for playing. And in order to encourage pilots to climb leagues, we will make the loot better for higher Leagues.

MATCHMAKING

And speaking of leagues, the matchmaking is and continues to be the cornerstone of War Robots. If done well, the game will be truly enjoyable for all, and it will have the opposite, detrimental effect if not tweaked properly. We currently testing some new rules for matchmaking in our internal servers and if it proves to be better than the current one, we will push changes to live server. If not, it will be back to the drawing board for us – we will not rest until it is perfect.

Additionally, we have dragged our feet on the Leavers Queue rewards nerfing. We still intend to do so, however, we are facing technical difficulties in doing so, and we apologize for that delay.

CUSTOM GAME MODE

Custom game mode launched just after the release of 3.2 on Android and we have more ideas on how to use this. Many will use it to explore maps, for clan training and video production. But we want more for it. We see it as a place to run tournaments and battles like the one our dev team played with some of our players.

One idea we have in development is custom mode hangers that will come with preset bots and weapon combinations giving players not only access to bots and weapons in their own hanger but new items and other builds they don’t currently own. It’s a chance to test drive a new bot before deciding to buy it. These hangers would be available for limited periods inside custom game mode. More details will come once we firm up plans for this!

NEW CONTENT

Here at War Robots HQ we never rest to release new content to keep the game fresh. Besides the previously mentioned Castle, Rome and Dreadnought maps, we have two more maps in development. You would have also seen the Shocktrain weapon and the Glider and Hellburner robots.

PAY-TO-WIN OR FREE-TO-PLAY

Now to what is perhaps the most controversial issue plaguing the game currently.

We would like to state for the record that turning out game into PayToWin has never been the intention and we are sorry if some of our actions were perceived as steps in that direction.

We understand that there has not been enough clarity about some of our recent decisions, and we would like to reassure all pilots that this is definitely not how we intend to behave moving forward. War Robots is still a game we all love both at a professional and personal level, and we hope to make interesting, engaging and quality content with a rich and diverse ecosystem for years to come.

COMMUNITY VOICE

You have spoken, loud and clear, and we have heard you. We are feeding your comments back to the Marketing and Dev Team.

We have seen the comments over the last few days and heard your anger. We want to ask for your patience and understanding as we roll out these and future changes, none are set in stone and many are in the most basic form like the Components but ultimately will help keep the game fun and fair as we look to the future of War Robots.

Your comments are a big part of the development process and your feedback will help shape the game in the future so please continue to keep your comments coming!

Stay tuned, good things are coming!

  • Arvin Saavedra

Thank you for posting this. Also, please, save the players’ hearts. Most players are triggered right now but still I can assume that they don’t want the game to shut down.

Can we know when will the new concept of workshop will be patched?

  • tech nero

“You have spoken, loud and clear, and we have heard you. ”

No you haven’t because throwing this response in at the end of the article you already wrote is as tone deaf as Anna’s “How dare you” comment.

    What we want is simple:

    1. Elected player representation.

    2. All discounts/sales to be offered to All players at the same time and duration.

    3. Increased server load to handle the amount of players on the system at any given time.

    4. A division dedicated to faster customer satisfaction response.

  • Stevie

Please give all pilots same discounts/sales. Giving different sales may maximize your profits but its really really bad practice. I’d stop shopping at any place that does that. You can understand??

We need seasonal bot skins for Halloween and Christmas. Pumpkin, ghost, goblin for Halloween. Santa, reindeer, elves, and snowmen for Christmas.

  • Marc Adkins

Wow, REALLY ?, we hope to see facts and not words, fix the game and most pilots believe that War Robots has shamelessly turned into a game PAY TO WIN,: /

  • disqus_hzJyRouFFs

Those of us with google and a brain have seen all the essays, articles, and whitepapers detailing the shady techniques involved with getting “whales” to spend money and the MatchMaker as it is currently implemented could be an example straight out of any psychological evaluation of freemium monetization techniques. Talk about difficulty with tweaking and data and balance all you want, but I, for one, am not buying it anymore. Likewise, the pay-to-win situation could also come straight out of one of these articles. Asking more than the price of a console game for dominant units within the game is utterly ridiculous and could be nothing other than an attempt to shift the game in that direction. You say you want the game to be interesting and competitive, but you implent buffs than render only a handful of bot competitive. Light robots are all but useless at this point, when just a few months ago there were at least a few that could be used well into expert league play. To say it’s unintentional is insulting to your customers, unless you are going to claim gross incompentence. It’s going to take more than an article full of platitudes to rebuild your credibility with the community at this point.

  • Franklin E Rosales

If your idea is to get 10,000!!!! Components of each bot by getting a couple of keys per battle to spin the roullet, on a roullet with a bunch of junk besides the components is fair and fun, why are there people with full hangars of these bots? Is it fair? Why 10,000? Why spin the roullet? Why the only other option is to buy keys with reall dollars to SPIN the roullet and live it to chance fair and fun to you? Why not leave it the way it is/was, the way you have achieved success to this date, you say it was your original idea? Years after, Come on! We are not stupid, If it aint broken dont fix it. You, your selves have brought all this uppon you. We were not asked if we wanted components, black market or any of this you just imposed on us, and please dont dare go live with the dumb idea of giving level 12 weapons another 12 levels. You guys are throwing poorly thought changes at us every couple of weeks. And rest assured the vast mayority of us dont want components, black market or any of this. You say we have been heard and felt our anger and your plan is to still go through with it by sugar coating it on your above article. If you heard us you would step back from the table, rethink your course and strategy. We will see if you are sincere and truly heard us, your actions will speak loud and clear.

  • Shaun Holguin

    Hello Anna,

I know there has been quite a bit of concern over the past few days and we have seen alot of fustration with many players over the lottery system, it’s components, the offering of dash bots 1/3 the price to newer pilots and the implications of this turning into a gambling web site. Before we look at each one, we need to make sure we stay unified in our efforts and make sure PIXONIC as a company understands our fustrations and demands as a whole. This letter is to promote the needs of many which is the way a company should be run for enjoyment for all.

The following is a list of demands from the gamers of Pixonics War Robots:

    1. Elected player representation.

    2. All discounts/sales to be offered to All players at the same time and duration.

    3. Increased server load to handle the amount of players on the system at any given time.

    4. A division dedicated to faster customer satisfaction response.

We understand that the management of this company is under an a lot of pressure to be competitive with other gaming applications out now or soon to drop in the market. But there needs to be a limit of how much you can charge your loyal and devoted players that have helped you make your game great.

This message is not from just a few outraged players but thousands and growing, that are ready to continue to participate in this Boycott of spending with the Pixonic company if we cannot come to an agreement.

Our group that has ratified this post consists of over 100 clan leaders from both servers.

  • disqus_hzJyRouFFs

Wow… 100 clans at let’s say 30 members each… so 3000 gamers. Impressive. However, I would suggest you examine your position before you start making demands. Keep in mind that Pixonic makes between 90% and 95% of it’s revenues from addicts. These are people who are spending thousands of dollars on this game and are literally incapable of stopping themselves. If your coalition boycotts the game, it is unlikely they’d even notice. That being said, it is highly unlikely they care very much about your or my displeasure with the current state of the game so long as their addicts keep shelling out the cash. The conditions which you and I find untenable are just the conditions that prompt addicts to spend even more. The MatchMaker is the engine which drives addicts to spend enormous amounts of money in order to get their next fix. The worse the beating they take, the more they will spend in order to acquire bots/weapons/upgrades that will tip the balance in their favor. This is why they’ve completely ignored negative feedback regarding the matchmaker for MONTHS. From Pixonic’s point of view, it would most likely be easier and more cost effective to simply apply enough pressure to get folks like you and me to quit while retaining those with the addictive tendencies who don’t complain and shovel cash into their accounts. I suspect the only reason they’ve bothered to respond to the current situation at all is to attempt to quell the generalized gnashing of teeth enough so as to prevent potential new players(especially the addicts) from getting scared off. Remember, these are folks who are knowingly exploiting people with mental illnesses to make money… and lots of it. Don’t be too disappointed if they don’t cave just because a few thousand players are pissed off.

  • Jonathan Fretwell

I do see your counter point; however, Battle of Titans is eventually going to launch. If pixionic want to keep the players in and cash flowing, than they will have to adjust their efforts. If not, than Battle of Titans will take over and pixionic will dwindle down to bankruptcy.

  • Shaun Holguin

First off a majority of these clan leaders have multiplayer clans in their family. We have 8k on Android alone that have committed to the cause. And close to the same on iOS. More will join when the update goes live on their servers. Second these demands are necessary to make sure that the players are protected from Pixonic doing something like this again. I do not enjoy having to take time out of my life to pursue this bit we feel that the players need protective measures.

  • disqus_hzJyRouFFs

Like I said… these are people who willfully design MULTIPLE elements of a game to exploit people who are essentially kids when it comes to these particular stimuli. They KNOW there are people who have drained their savings, bought bots instead of food, and generally wrecked their lives to spend on this game… and they are not only OK with it, they are looking for ways to get them to spend MORE. It’s been my experience that is generally not a good idea to make demands of people like that. Take it as you will.

  • pajarrac0

Hey Shaun, how can my clan discuss with your group your position and other ideas?

  • F J Brincat

Less talking and more action if you please. I understand your point that veteran players that have been hoarding silver and gold over the years would have ended getting the new bots and weapons for free BUT, I do not see the introducion of “components” as being the correct way.

You could have made the Korean bots, Inquisitor and new weapons as event prizes or something like that. I’m sure your marketing boffins can think of something better than introducing a gambling element in the game.

But €299 for a virtual robot is beyond a joke. For another €200 I could buy the new XBOX X console and a game.

Also, how come you are making special offers to new accounts but not offering the same deals to veterans? Isn’t that close to discrimination and illegal within the EU?

I’ve lost heart in this game. Not really interested anymore. Have decided not to make any more in-game purchases because I do not see it as being worth the money. I am upgrading what I have and that is about it. If that is not good enough then whatever it is, it is.

  • BansheeGhol

Can you please make the component system league dependent ie. a silver player might have to go for 10k component for kbot but for expert component for that kbot becomes 8k and then successively reduces 2k for every higher league .. this way players will get inspiration for moving up the leagues, lower players might see less kbots.

  • Eric

Battle of Titans is already offering special bots to ‘investors’. If you pay $1k (yep, a thousand dollars) BoT will gift you the heaviest bot in the game. So whales can pound on regular players from day one. Secondly, BoT is making players have to recruit new players from Twitter and Facebook to get unique bots. Remember how we all said it was ridiculous that Pix did this with the American bots? Well BoT is starting their game forcing players to troll social media sites.

  • Eric

Really solid good suggestions! I hope pix reads and implements as it encourages higher league participation.

  • Mohamed Khaled

I am not understand the robots weapons equipment well change?

  • Putriska Mephallica

So many great stuff being poured on the game. But it’s hard to enjoy the game when it doesn’t run smooth at all specially when playing on a squad.

  • Verum Ad Potentia

…and still, the noble Stalker, once the fastest, and arguably (based on the amount of fire it receives when in skilled hands) most feared bot on the field, fades further into obsolescence as it remains one of few bots never updated. No speed increase. No H.P. increase. No jamming duration or activation speed increase. Nothing. All the time, gold and silver spent buying and leveling a hanger full, wasted.

  • André Vicente

it could be better if the new bots could be getting in gold. try to promote us all with a new slot in the game. why not 6 slots, hangar ? I think it’s time for this if the technical support can to do it. about the price : I believe that the majority of us players have no sufficient condition to get a new bot like the super beauty Inquisitor. I think this is the main point. so, after all it’s the best game. it’s a relaxing for our neurals day by day when the stress about studying, working, loneliness is everywhere. hugs from Rio de Janeiro! bring us news, please.

  • Tosspot Schramm

Hey there all and pixonic. Im just a expert 1 level player but i i have been around long enough to see the gold fever take over the company. I did buy some chest tomens to help me get my dash bots and was good with contributing to the game but it was easy to see what happened next. Pixonic went all greedy.10.000 components for new stuff was too much and no way to get a reasonable amount of keys to spin other then $s is unreasonable. A sugestion to fix this is allow a silver/gold path to new stuff. A PLAY to win policy should be the moto for any game. AND A CORE PRINCIPLE FOR ANY GAME MAKER. Fear not pixonic you will make money on this awsome game by getting new players involved. And to assist that fix and expand the comunications in the game by improving the chat feature.the current chat engine is extreamly weak. Try adding a message box so clan leaders can organize events in their own teams.

  • Jota Ele

There are other ways to make money from this POPULAR game men, not from us…, why
Didn’t u sell it from the very beggining?? 10,000 components?? You are really going too far..im getting bored oh this s….t, look, at some point another game will catch our attention… If you wany money its ok…but say it clearly…dont make us fool, we deserve respect, its us who brought you and your game where you are…

  • Chief MacD

Oh my good gracious, give the whole Skinner/Jung/Pavlov/Freud crap a rest! Pixonic is no more responsible for children going to bed hungry than you are for watching television commercials, therefore supporting a preying ad company’s goals! It is a GAME, and Pixonic is NOT a non-profit company. Their employees need paychecks so that THEIR chillins don’t go to bed hungry, their IT infrastructure costs dough, their rent is not free, their electricity… blah blah blah. Pseudo psychologists, like yourself, blame everyone (except the people who have no self-control) for others’ problems, and are the biggest supporters of true states of anarchy. If you don’t like the direction in which the game is headed, STOP PLAYING! It is NOT Pixonic’s responsibility to ensure that life is fair! I, personally, have a whole CRAPLOAD of problems with Pixonic’s recent explosion of activity, and I believe that they are forgetting just what ti has been that made them so popular. However! If I get to the point that I can’t take any more, and if I believe that my voice hasn’t been heard, I will simply download a new game. I will not get on my soapbox and declare Pixonic responsible for the lost habitats of China’s Panda Bears, nor will I tie them in with the famine in Africa! I am still straddling the proverbial fence on whether or not they are responsible for California’s earthquakes, however. Get a grip, Mr. “Psychology”, and think of some VALID arguements against Pixonic’s recent explosion of update frenzies. Blaming them for gambling “addicts” lack of self discipline is a large leap into craziness, on your own part. LOL

  • Jezter Banaag

Components should be gain or earn also in workshop or in battlemode so everybody had an opportunity to have the new bots and weapon, and lessen the damage of long-range weapon many player becoming lame and lazy in the field instead add more damage in short range weapon cause this game is more enjoyable in close range love to brawl not just camping and relying in long-range. Hope you fix it and thanks for your concern in players voice.

  • JasonMary Archer

Really barely notice? I started the #BOYCOTTPIXONIC campaign and we are almost 300,000 players strong! You should go look up our hash tag friend. The you can educate yourself on what your talking about. We are growing and we are grass roots! We are the reason this post was even put out! We are that community voice they are talking about! They are feeling us! You don’t have to be a corporate sellout, you can stand with the people. Even if you worked for pixonic you could demand fair treatment of all!!!

  • Rodrigo Souza

Didn’t read anything about the korean bots. That’s our main concern. When are they goi going to be nerfd?

  • Harley

As a gamer and a clan leader, you have my vote to become “the voice” or “ambassador of angry gamers”. Its very hard to bullshit someone who has a bullshit filter…
I’ve always said actions speak loader then words.
If something was broken, they would remove that portion of the game til they had it fixed.

Exactly like when they added the UI for leagues remember?

Yet I’m still seeing the black market here.
Hmm, I guess its working just as intended, now isn’t it!!

It funny though because the whole “chance” to get, seems like unregulated gambling
A.k.a. ILLEGAL GAMBLING!!! At least here in the united states, it would be.
I like WR so much that I would take it to the supreme court to have these types of features in games banned. I can’t open a casino at my house. Why are they allowed?
What ever the outcome it would be regulated at least, or not allowed in the US…

The only other thing we can do as gamers is multiply our voice’s and cause. Reach out through social media, send out envoys to other teams in game. Keep the pressure going on Google reviews, and place a date for when we declare war.

  • Luis Zagaceta

So you want to rebalance the game? Make the battles fairer? This is my humble opinion.

Since the advent of dash robots, the scale has been tipped exponentially for those possessing these dash robots, making a single dash robot can easily eliminate several enemy robots before it is destroyed.

In my opinion dash robots should not have double jump, the ideal rebalance for these dash robots would be to take a jump or otherwise give double the ability to all robots, maybe only this way balances the battles.

On the other hand, as they believe increasing damage from long range weapons is the best way to stop dash robots? the only thing they will do is that the team will roll back as the rival (with dash robots) advances gaining possession of the terrain and beacons.

Reduce Thunder damage? it is true that they are very powerful, but it is also true that their effective range is very short, imagine a Haechi triple Orkan against a Carnage Thunder and see if it was a good idea to reduce the damage to the thunder.

This is my opinion, I do not know what you think?

  • Niko Santos

    1. Increase level cap to 40, implement a new workshop (at level 40) that produces keys every 4 hrs each.
    2. Improve the matchmaking by using the hangar power (with dash bots are op). Not league level. This will eliminate seal clubbing.
    3. Currency exchange, between wp to au to ag to keys.
    4. Only nerf the distance of the dash of dash bots. Surely people would be delighted by that.
    5. If you would consider the promotion, signifivantly reduce the time and silver upgrading the base level. So people would catch up.
    6. Give the fujin +30% damage in sentinel mode pls?. Give buffs to all bots and maybe give new abilities.
    What do you think?

  • Niko Santos

    7. And please remove the silver and the keys that are less. (From 10 keyz to 1 key) for real dude???

  • Putra Raja

come on .. think positive .. actually pixonic just want to earn money from the game that he created .. they do not mean to force you to spend your money for all profit you get after making payment in app … it all depends on you .. and if you want to spend your money for the profit .. or. you guys can be patient and keep trying to get what you want … and what confuses me is .. why after you make an in-app purchase, why are you angry and say that pixonic has blackmailed you? .. it’s your own fault.. not pixonic .. pixonic just want to make money .. not rob your money .. maybe this is just a message from me .. if anyone is not happy or do not like to my opinion .. I can only apologize as much as possible .. thank you

  • disqus_hzJyRouFFs

You have no clue what you’re talking about. I’ve worked in healthcare for 25 years and the people I described most certainly exist. I’ve seen them. We as a society have to take responsibility for those who are less fortunate in one respect or another or else we will descend into anarchy… or something worse. People who decided it wasn’t their responsibility to care what happened to Jews, Homosexual, Gypsies, clergy, or the disabled lined the streets of Germany 80 years ago chanting, “Sig Heil!” After all, the government’s actions at the time were working out just fine for them. This is the line you are toeing.
If you do a little research you will find that virtually every action this company has taken is geared to take advantage of the people who will spend vast amounts of money… do you really think people spend that much money on a bunch of pixels without something being amiss? You resort to setting up a staw man multiple times in the support or your little rant. Spend some time investigating the issue and come up with some facts.

  • disqus_hzJyRouFFs

If you re-read my comment, I think you will find it is hardly supportive of Pixonic. The point I was trying to make is that they are “chasing the whale.” Given the revenues they collect from these individuals, even 300,000 “regular” gamers won’t make up for what the small segment of whales is spending. If Pixonic could reduce their customer base to only whales, you can bet they would. That being the case, financial leverage may not be the way to go. Pixonic isn’t doing anything other game developers aren’t doing, so there are bound to be many times your number of disgruntled players of other games as well. Why not reach out to them, get your numbers up to 1,000,000 and then go to Apple demanding limits on the amount these games can charge? That would go a greater distance toward, “fair treatment for all.”

  • disqus_hzJyRouFFs

You get it. This is bigger than a single company. As long as the freemium model goes unregulated, companies will exploit the vulnerable population in infinitum. Ultimately, I think the only way to get games like this back to a more enjoyable format will be to get Apple to implement limits on the amount they can charge a single individual. PC based game companies made LOTS of money charging a mere 60 bucks for a copy of their game for decades… there’s no reason mobile game developers can’t be required to operate under a similar stricture.

  • Adino32

I have joined the boycott. Showing my support. Game is was pretty bad on the pay to win scale before the Dashbots but it took on a whole other level with components. Just insane.

    Dear Fellow War Robots Players,

Yesterday Pixonic took actions that made it clear that we have had impact. These actions also made it clear that they still DO NOT understand the issue!

For those of you who are unaware, Pixonic runs a program called “insiders”. The insiders are a group of bloggers, Youtubers, writers and translators who produce content for Pixonic. The majority of them are given free stuff for their participation, most of them did not have to pay a dime for their dashes, there was NO RISK to them because they never had to spin the wheel.

In a move that is totally tone deaf, Pixonic chose to ask its insiders what it should do next! Have you seen a Youtuber or a blogger come out hard against what pix has done recently? Probably not because all of them know all to well that if they DO speak out they will be thrown out of the program, they will be cut off from the free toys.

Right now it is more important that ever that MORE of you continue to down vote, that more of you continue to boycott that more of you demand that pix let US choose who represents us.

There were problems before the dash bots that weren’t getting fixed, there are going to be problems again in the future. The only solution is to have player representation! A voice that speaks for us, who’s vested interest is in us, who is of our choosing.

Pixonic, stop asking you insiders, the people you pay off with free gear and prevent from speaking up. Give us the tools to choose our own leadership and let us decide who speaks for us.

If you want a voice, then spread this message, it belongs on every forum, in every group, on every youtube video. Share it, up vote it, spread it. Don’t spend your money #Boycott, and keep down voting the app.

In regards to the Pay2Play section of this article, you better get cracking Pixo…. many Pilots are not convinced and are leaving the game. Value your youtubers, cuz that is how i found out about the game in the first place…. When YouTuber Lloyd quite WR it was wake up call for me and I hope for Pixo as well. If StewPendous, quits in addition, I am out for sure.

None of this even matters if they don’t come out with Halloween and Christmas skins for the bots. That’s why we are all upset. Make sweet skins Pix and the love will return.

Are you listening to us players, or only insiders…

Love this game, no matter what others do… they want to march with their feet, let them.all the quarters I have spent in my life, I’m happy to pay the designers 300 for the desend, or the dash bots. Come on everybody, it’s a video game. Enjoy it or go back to candycrush… all regards,

WAR and ohther silver clans had pegged the new pixo for what it is for more than a year. Until hanger-baseed MM returns, we are all on a runaway train to shell out $.

    Dear Dev Team,
I pay different time to have key for open the medium box and I’m disappointed because I only win a Scourge.
I hope you will make the black market more fair because I will pay anymore until to have a real chance to win a new robot or gun.

    Thanks for this beautiful game

Dean it’s not the problem to pay, but to win anything new weapons or robots.

A lot of clan members are also YouTube content providers, and bloggers witch made this game flourish. Without us the play for play customers are not likely to have the same passion and to provide meaningful content or information to potential players. Equaling to no new players with money. “Stagnation” The killer of War Robots. Back to the drawing board.

Me before components “Maybe if I pay and I’m lucky, I’ll get a Korean bot”
Me after components “Maybe if I pay and I’m lucky, I’ll get 1% of a Korean bot”

If the casual players leave the game then the whales and addicts, having nobody to shoot at, will as well, and then the game dies overnight.

The best way to force Pixonic to steer away from the pay-to-win model and catering to the whales is to stop playing.

I like this game thank you for the updates and the continued evolution. A few ideas though.
    1) Raise the level cap from 30 to 50
all previous bots had a level retirement
    no new bots do.
2)add an off line mode to the custom battles it could be called “training mode” it would use no data and allow players to keep playing when Wi-Fi or data might not be available.
2.1) Add customizable AI opponents for custom battles or even “training” mode
    3) bug Fujin can’t climb anymore a few updates ago Fujin ability to climb up very steep surfaces was removed and Rajins was not removed but severely nerfed please fix it so They can climb again.
4)Add a post battle component drop. Perhaps after combat in addition to silver and maybe some gold a component drop of some form (something actually used by one of the players in that round) could also be rewarded to the players based on how much damage they did.
    5) Grant 1 gold for every beacon captured regardless of if their team won or not instead of a flat 5 gold to highest beacon capturer.
It’s not common for people to get more than 4 beacons in a battle any how. While it does happen it is not easy and not common.

thank you for a fun game and have a great and happy holidays.
